This site is about recipes that I had learnt from my years in the catering trade. All my recipes are tried, tested and loved by many. I enjoy cooking more now that I have changed careers.

This was just the begining of my enjoyment of cooking.

Now I enjoy cooking at home and eating out at various restaurants.
To help other people to find good places to eat where food is produced fresh, is good quality and value for money.
So I am writing my reviews (good or bad) of each restaurant that I have visited recently.
