Chef / 1998
Attended Catering college to train as a chef, and through the years worked my way up from trainee to Executive Head Chef catering for royalty, large chain hotels and department stores.
After being made redundant as Executive Head Chef with a large hotel chain I was the opportunity to retrain in IT. Attending and completing a two year course in 9 weeks to pass my exams at 12 weeks.
24 Years Service
Currently President of Gadeside Rangers Football Club a Grass roots youth football.
A qualified FA Coach and Referee.
Have taken on many roles in the club, Team Manager, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, Chairman,
Vice President and now President
